Called by 0845286 1446 at 1.38pm today, 25/07/2017. There was silence when I answered the phone - I said "hello" twice, then put the phone down. This is the first time I have been called by this calling centre - usually they have a 0203, or 0800 number. I thought cold calling was illegal ?

I did ask them to stop calling me and to delete my mobile number as well as email from their database number of times and they called again !! A caller with heavy Asian accent told me he was calling from Visa fraud investigation line. Said my Visa debit card has been used for 2 fraudulent transactions with Amazon and Western Union. I told him I had 2 Visa debit cards and asked which one he was talking about. He asked me what banks they were with and i said if he was from Visa he would know what bank the card was with. I asked him for the last 4 digits on the card and again he said he could not tell me that information. SCAMMERS !!!!! I hung
