This number phoned me at 16.31 this afternoon. It sounded as if there was an office or similar room with people talking. When I asked who was calling, without giving my name, a lady said "good afternoon, how are you today?" I asked again who was calling. the lady said " your father" and hung up. Call claiming to be Bank Security. Called yesterday using a different number. Both sounded like scams.
SCAM Says they are working for Visa and two transactions on my account are possibly fraudulent. She would not tell me which card it was on until she has access to my computer. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM. I told her it was a scam and she put the phone down. Actions speak louder than words!

I do not have bt broadband - BT can not technically supply it on this old rural line. I get b/band via radio link frmo an idependent provider which has nothing to do with BT. Guy said he was from BT technical department! WHat rubbish. He even sent me a pin to agree computer access. I advised him he as a nasty little scammer adn then hung up.
