SCAM / SPAM This was an automated message stating that I had an outstanding tax case against me and I should press 1 now to be put through to an advisor. If I didn't press 1, then the case would be forwarded to the authorities and I would be arrested shortly. I did nothing and the call just died, and so far have not been arrested. This is a very dangerous scam that is threatening and could scare some vulnerable people, into doing something.
Ignore it. The number has been reported several times on other similar sites, although so far no-one has identified the company calling from it.

Just called, 13:15pm 26th March 2021 01484234296 automative voice, long pause before talking. Said I was involved in a car tax scam and I should call by pressing whichever number I forget now. If I didn't get in touch I would be arrested immediately. I believe it's a scam a HMS tax as they state they are would not call using an auto voice caller . we'll see!

This number (07379 253353) is printer on stickers that have been stuck on people?s front doors without consent. When you attempt to peel the sticker off, it damages the paintwork. The police suggest you never called the number on a sticker if you need a locksmith as often they are scammers. Apparently the stickers are also used by criminals to identify premises that are vulnerable and could be burgled by accomplices later (Google to find news articles on the subject). I have a feeling the company behind th
