Text from this number telling me this was the second and final attempt to contact me. that I had won the April draw and please click the link. No idea what the April Draw is, and will not be clicking the link! It could potentially be dangerous.
Noisy call centre background, man with very strong Indian accent said 'This is Sky <mumble> Maintenance ...' at which point I said 'No thank you' and cut him off and added his number to our blocked list.
It is a website builder and SEO consultant based in South Manchester.
I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. They claim to be e-on which is fake because their number isn't on e-ons website + they wouldn't be calling everyday. When challenged with questions such as “what bank is calling me?” The person was unable to answer and ultimately terminated the call. Scam email extensively linked to this number saying you have been billed for norton type product (that supplies "anti-protection" :-D) that you need to phone the number urgently to cancel! Dont waste your time.
This is a scam number for "Electric Yorkshire". avoid at all costs, they overcharge and try to add extra hidden charges. Calling to cancel, they will refuse to and try to scam you out of giving them more money. Luckily I was wise enough to not give them a penny. Report and block their numbers, they don't turn up either.

strange unsolicited call from number belonging to: 'W A Read & Sons Ltd' Upon answer there was no reply and the phone put down. I called them several times over and got redirected to voicemail until they eventually gave up and answered. Lady picked up and I asked "What do you want"? No response and phone was put down. This happened two more times. They then disconnected the phone it seems.

I received call from this number claiming to be reporting that my desktop computer had been hacked. Suspicious. Caller broke off when I expressed doubts about veracity of his claims.

I lady called me saying she had frozen a transaction from going to a offshore account in China. The currency was bitcoin. This was odd as these transactions go to a bit coin wallet then to a debit card that is registered on your account. She did no DPA to verify that I was the account holder. Then she wanted me to download a app I refused so she asked if I have a pc or laptop. I said pc she wanted to screen share. I would do no such things I told her then hug up.
Just received a call from 07477851635 claiming to be from HMRC about "a form I've sent to them filled out incorrectly" Press 1 to speak to an operative? Don't think so. Goodbye!!!
