They sent a message asking to call them urgently, when I called them they refused to say what there company did unless I gave them my details, they said they had sent emails and letters, which I havent recived. Obviously I refused to give them any details what so ever and would advise you to do the same

A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam. Text Messaged They said they were Hermes and that I’ve missed my delivery. I wasn’t expecting anything and there was no record of anyone trying to deliver anything recorded on my front door camera. When I went to ‘reschedule a delivery’ they wanted to charge me and asked for my credit card details. That’s when I became suspicious and Hermes doesn’t ever charge for a redelivery. BE CAREFUL!
