Fraud A man saying his name was James from 'Ultro' my network provider. I hung up as I've never heard of that network provider and it's certainly not mine.
Said they was citizens advice twice in the call and my application is being approved i asked what application as ive not applied for one. When i questioned him about it he could only give my name nothing else. I then saod citizens advice now call random calls he then said he works for citizens governments advice. So i asked him why he said something different, he posited he worked for this company. I said the company name doesn't make any sense. He then hung up the phone

Fraud Offers a discount for being a 'loyal' customer... They send you a link from three website to reset your memorable info then say it will take 24 hours to complete but if you give them your password now they can verify it now. Never give anyone your password BEWARE!!!!!!!
Claimed to be from the FCA about a frozen bit coin account. I challenged him to prove he was from the FCA and give me a number to call him back on. He didnt give me a number but tried to say he could prove he was from the FCA bu searching their site for a reference number - the ref number linked to a real person but not someone who worked for the FCA. Told me that there had been suspicious transactions on my account and tried to get me to speak to them. I hung up and checked with my bank who told me that nothing of the sort could have happened. Well, they phoned earlier and a recorded message informed me, that it was my banks security department, which it obviously wasn't, the number trace showed a call the Russian Federation, RED FLAG. She said, Somebody has accesed your account and made a £600 purchase fron Amazon and a £2,000 transfer to an international account, RED FLAG I politely told her to stop trying t scam people and she immediately hang up, basically, our phone providers should block these calls, as we are paying to receive them!
