I have received 2 computer generated messages about an Amazon account from this number. On the surface it appears to be a local number but I believe it is a scam.

This was a call from Retail Trade Domestic Ltd, a legitimate caller regarding business matters. They are appliance suppliers in Basildon.

I called them they said they will need to take me through the process of cancellation which involved me being on the computer to fill in the cancellation form. AO aggressive aftersales, using a no-doubt masked number. Female caller asked me to confirm my personal details - I refused given they had called me! It was framed to confirm my order, but was essentially a very sharp practice way to try and sell insurance. I asked if there was an issue with my order - she said 'no' very unconvincingly. I then asked if it was a service or a sales call - very reluctant to answer so hung up. I think this sort of pseudo cold calling does businesses such as AO.com reputational

We have reported to police and Vodafone!

Yet another bank fraud call I am so sick of these calls. I sometimes act dumb and lead them on with false information then block them I am getting 5/6 calls a day from different numbers

A mans voice announced that we had 2 unauthorised transactions on our bank account - quoted two amounts - then it was press 1, press 2 etc etc. Checked our account and nothing unauthorised there.
Computerized voice claiming to be international police and asking you to press a number to get more information. Is a gotcha!
