I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. 04 Nov 2021 - A woman called me on this number claiming to be from the post office which had a part unpaid parcel for me. I asked for the reference number. She gave me a fake reference number which I typed into the post office website and it came up invalid. She then proceeded to say that the reference number will not show on the website and once I pay I will get a new reference number which will show. I then called her out on her bullshit stating I had used post office before and this is definitely fake. S

Fraud Saying my Nat ins number is suspended due to it being connected to an offence. Failure to press 1 and speak to an officer will lead to my national insurance number being suspended, not pressing 1. Outdoor also mean my assets are liable to be stolen. Three Further calls with same recorded message were made from theses numbers. 07584563 followed by 412, 707 and 412. These were over 2 days. I am hoping my service provider can help but not holding my breath.

Twice this number called me. The second time immediately after I cancelled the first call. I refuse to answer any unknown numbers and I have not given whom ever they are my number or given permission to anyone else to do so. Seriously thinking about changing my number but I doubt that will solve these unwanted calls.

Called me saying they had information I had been in a car accident. I asked who had informed them and she disregarded my question to ask her own. I then stated that if she couldn t answer the question then we couldn t speak further, so she hung up.
