Called it and after lengthy process getting into the right Q and waiting 18 minutes was told to ring 08444740101 instead. (charged £12.25 for waiting during that call!). I only use my mobile for emergencies so only my family have the number. It's quite alarming to get other persons using it - several missed calls from unrecognisable numbers in the last few days. Blood pressure rises. This misuse is abuse.
