This number called me at 17.50 on a sunday evening advicing they are calling from Sovrign housing(who is the housing association we are with) Advicing they needed to come round and look at our wall that needed repairing. We do not have a wall that needs repairing but a little scared how they know my name and address details and calling at this time on a sunday evening it really did not sound like someone calling from Sovrign....

Company is called Oriel Collections. They call every day and chases for a music licence payment for our store. We have advised them several times, no music playing in the office. We have asked for them to attend the facility at any time and spot check if they wish. We have nothing to hide. They advise, they dont have to do that and demand payment !
