Received a call from Student Cribs regarding a property which I had made an enquiry for. Just wanted to see if I wanted to book a viewing, nothing too bad.
Said they were wanting information so they would tell me how much PPI I was owed. Wanted my borrowing history over 15 years. They asked me security questions but I kept saying I didn t know who there were and not happy to give out personal information. Conversation kept going in circles as they couldn t give me answers I wanted. Called me Mrs which has never been my status!
Ask you to call about a file you have but don't and won't tell you what it's about unless you give them confidential information
