we were called in Cape Town from this number inquiring about stopping a supposed unauthorised credit card payment. This appears to be a scam.
Says they are from O2 and told me that I am getting a massive discount on my contract as I've been with them for so long. The funny thing is, I'm not even with O2 and as soon as I pointed this out (while laughing) they immediately hung up.

This phone number showed up on my t-mobil account attached to my name they charge me a 20 dollar fee as well as 3 and some change for late fees. This line is not connected to my actual account but shows up and charges me every month
It is supposed to be a message from the government offering me a £400 extra rebate.
Number called 3 times advising they are calling from the Carphone Warehouse and wanted to offer me an upgrade. They 1st and foremost didnt know which network i was with yet they were offering me an upgrade. It sounded dodgy so i thought i post on here. Please beware!

He tried the usual of scaring me into thinking was something wrong – this time by looking at event viewer. This no is from someone providing loans and they say that you have cleared all checks and you have 100% been accepted for the loan you just need to pay £41 to make it a secured loan this is so they can see that they can afford the repayments but another company would only take a £1 to confirm your card is yours and working then they give u it back if what they say is what it's for a copy of your bank statement would be more than sufficient not and the caller id no is false SCAM

This is fraud. A message on my answer machine said they were from my bank and two large transactions were coming off my account. A quick check of my banking app proved this to be nonsense.
