Very bubbly sounding lady called Leslie, on a terrible line, called from this number. Claimed to be from some kind of insurance company, said the information had come from the "Road Traffic Accident Commission" or similar. Apparently I was in an accident that wasn't my fault. After asking her to repeat her company name, and pointing out that I hadn't had an accident, she hung up on me.

Called 5 times in the last week - I said that to him and he said they don t call off lists and it was the first time they d attempted to call. He was polite enough but just wouldn t take my word for it. Each time i ve put the phone down after asking them to remove my details but not happened yet. The caller rang of as soon as I answered. Therefore I suspect some Sort of sales rubbish or scammer. They will not get a chance to mess me about again as I am blocking the number. I hate this method of trying to sell things to the general public. Most of my peer group no longer answer their land line or their mobile if the number is not in their phones contact list.

This is a fax scam from the well known scammers who send you (normally a company) postal letter for a catalogue or database inclusion and if you or any of your employees make a mistake, sign it and send or fax it back they will bill you £960 per for 2 years minimum, and even take you to the UK court if you don't pay. They are listed as an Austrian company but if fact it's a total scam and the number should be delisted by Ofcom
