Information Sales call SCAM - A chap called David called stating he had been asked by the Madrid courts to contact me regarding a Timeshare case which was being represented for me by a company in Spain. He stated this company had been found guilty and his company could get my money back for a 10% fee of monies recovered. Constant calls from this number 5 times a day minimum have had to block the number now getting beyond a joke asking for someone I never heard of and I ve had my payg sim for 3 years!!
Well, they phoned earlier and a recorded message informed me, that it was my banks security department, which it obviously wasn't, the number trace showed a call the Russian Federation, RED FLAG. She said, Somebody has accesed your account and made a £600 purchase fron Amazon and a £2,000 transfer to an international account, RED FLAG I politely told her to stop trying t scam people and she immediately hang up, basically, our phone providers should block these calls, as we are paying to receive them!
Call came in as "Washington Call" no one on the line when I answered. Getting a lot of these calls from various numbers. I block them all.

Tried to sell me loft insulation, told he I ve got recently on a grant. Then went onto cavity wall insulation,, can t have that done, not got proper cavity walls. Then tried to sell me external cladding insulation. Told her to sod off and I would be reporting the call as a nuisance. She then went on to try and sell me a new gas boiler.

A call to my mobile by a foreign sounding lady, obviously from a call centre as there was lots of background noise. She knew my name.
