It seems as though this could be a nuisance caller. My husband and I have both had calls from this number today, on our mobiles, while on holiday in France. It's slightly worrying, as we have many friends and relatives in the Manchester area. Our phones silence any unknown numbers but as no voicemail messages were left we are assuming the calls weren't important.
Has called twice saying some thing about Amazon prime out of contract its becoming annoying.

Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. This is because your insurer has sold on your contact details to this third party who will try to get you to make accident claims for a cut of the payout. File a complaint with your insurance broker for selling on your personal information.

This is a 100% scam by people that are stealing FCA Registered IDs from the FCA and then using those to pose as genuine FCA registered professionals to get you to open a Crypto Wallet - they will say there is a problem setting up the Crypto wallet and will need access to your laptop to resolve - DO NOT TALK TO THEM !
