They cold-call phoned me about renewal of insurance on kitchen white goods. They needed some banking details to alter the payment paperwork because they were giving me a no-claims discount. Knew enough about me to make this plausible. I 'needed to go to an appointment' [actually true] so I had to ask them to phone back tomorrow - which they were readily willing to do. It instructs you to press a number to 'allow' and a number to 'stop the transactions' and speak to amember of the banking team. My elderly mother had it on loud speaker and I was able to interject and get her to delete the call.
