He said they were having some problems which are affecting my internet connection but the call then disconnected. I've been with Virgin for many years and they've never once phoned me when there's been problems in the past. Lady claimed that unknown to myself I have a bitcoin account open in my name with 4.5 bitcoin in it. All I needed to do was prove my identity and she would kindly sort out how I could activate the account and claim my money.
