I've had a call from this number telling me it was BT calling about my broadband, I hung up on them & will report it.
You get robocalls until you pick up from one Bournemouth number, then the next day you get your "local" energy adviser calling you - just got rid at that point so unsure whether a scam, but certainly unsolicited, and since my number is in the TPS database for not getting unsolicited calls, you can bet your life it's a dodgy company not bothered about following the law or regulations.
