They just phoned my elderly father-in-law on his land line and luckily my husband had just arrived at the house when they phoned. How do BT allow such a number to be allocated for fraudulent purposes. Why does barclaycard not find out who these scammers are and with whatever part of government that can, prosecute the offenders?
