I think the UK regulator in the field is failing us as the public. What do they actually do? In my opinion virtual numbers and use there of including the companies that provide these numbers needs to be monitored to stop this abuse. I regard this as a data breach likely stolen. If anyone can or has the know how please report this to OFCOM. THESE GROUP OF PEOPLE USE 0161 extensively! They have monopoly on 0161

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363495xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident claims, letting agents, PPI, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?

They claim they ringing on behalf of L&G but they have been employed to carry the survey on behalf a company called Gusto Research in Leeds. These callers are a damned nuisance, now we leave our answerphone to filter all calls and this one never listens long enough to hear the end of our outgoing message. They are not the only ones who make unsolicited calls. Yes we are registered TPS and off the electoral roll.
Call me every day from slightly different numbers, never answer and block every time I get Leeds come up on phone. Sick of the harassment, do not answer.
