tried calling back via a land line phone but would not connect, but call from a mobile and the phone would connect the number leaves you a message if you have found a car leave reg number and milage bit of a con the number they tell you to call back on is also a mobile just leaves a stupid message

Was called today from this no. An Asian sounding chap introduced himself as Robin Waterman from B.T. and told me my broadband would be closed down for 10 days. When I asked him for the no. he was calling from he gave me a different no. to the one on my caller display. When I asked which of the 2 broadband accounts I am responsible for was affected he said the first one!
