Once connected it has a few seconds of silence, a nice clear sign its unsolicited but I thought I d wait and see who they were. This number rang me five times whilst I was out and did not leave a message. I assume that it is a scam!

Asked if I was the bill payer and I said yes. Then he stated a different address to me and I said no that's not this address then he put the phone down? Strange!
