SCAM / SPAM. Indian accent female told me that she was calling from my internet provider and someone was using my internet without my permission. She asked me to log in to my pc and she’d tell me what to do. I told her to send me a letter and hung up.

SCAM Pop up on my laptop to call Microsoft to unblock my laptop. I called this number 07418 361129 she then said theres a small fee of £3.33 for the new subscription fee on off payment. She confirmed the last digits of my bank card and expiry date I said the last 3 on the back on my card and I received a text from Halifax to say don’t give the code out it is a scam for Adidas £250 I spoke with a Fiona Parker that claimed she worked for Microsoft. I am unable to get back into my laptop now. I’ve frozemybank.

PS to my previous of 6 minutes ago - this number appears to originate from these addresses [1] www.haomadi.cn [2] www.danhaoma.cn and more (similar to all the "Michael Kors" adverts that I get on my Yahoo mail) - it has to be a random "phishing" exercise from CHINA. If it`s an inheritance in my name why did they not use my name in the text - becuase they do not know it !

Keeps calling. Never leaves a message. Can't be important then. Avoid this number

Utilita. Was offered the choice of opting out of further calls when I called back ( I have customers in the area code 01823 ) but they were experiencing "technical difficulties" and could I call back later. I wonder how much that call cost me. I won't be calling again and have now blocked the number.

Unsure, they asked me to confirm some details which are about 10 years out of date and hung up when I said I didn't want to answer their questions. I couldn't understand the caller, very strong Indian accent and I believe they said they were calling from something Assist (but I couldn't hear very well and the line was bad quality too).
