Noise in the background of dozens of other asians shouting the same thing to other people. Clearly a scam to extract money by fraud. Give them their character in words of your choosing then put the phone down. 01456 is a UK code but comes up as international on caller display so the origin of the call has been faked

SCAM SCAM pretending to be from Virgin media saying IP address is compromised etc and my connection has been hacked, wanting my account details over phone, ringing from 7am which in itself is illegal for a business to do for a start and number 2 i am not even on Virgin media lol. An angle grinder to the phones mic soon made them hang up(noisiest thing to hand). This is the 5th time now in 2 days always Asian caller, all different numbers but saying same thing about connection etc. DO NOT GIVE YOUR DETAILS

This is a company called 'First for Legal' - they use many numbers and this is just one of them; if you block one, they'll call you again on a different one. I think so far they have tried to contact me using 11 different numbers - this is harassment and invasion of privacy. No idea how they got my number. Ignore & block.
