Wanted me to log onto my computer to help me fix a problem which I refused. Said they would call back in 10 mins to get me to log in and i told them no. This is the new scam. If you have number recognition these devious energy companies are now using local dialling codes to make you think it is a local call. They insist they are (in this case) EON and that the contract is up for renewal. Very deceiptful, very rude (swore at me) and illegal as we are on TPS (which appears to be a waste of time!)
