SPAM Company is called Add People. Based in Manchester. Called me 2-3 times a day for 3 weeks. Trying to sell Google Ads management.
AO aggressive aftersales, using a no-doubt masked number. Female caller asked me to confirm my personal details - I refused given they had called me! It was framed to confirm my order, but was essentially a very sharp practice way to try and sell insurance. I asked if there was an issue with my order - she said 'no' very unconvincingly. I then asked if it was a service or a sales call - very reluctant to answer so hung up. I think this sort of pseudo cold calling does businesses such as AO.com reputational

Monday May 8 Call from this number stating they were ringing from microsoft. This was one of a series of 6 calls starting on Friday 5th that stated they were (or were probably connected )from microsoft ! Different numbers used for each call; no messages left on answerphone. I received the number 01223933956 this morning. Claimed to be a Sean with a very heavy Indian sub-continent accent, from BT Outreach claiming there were problems with my internet. I engaged with him, to spin him along so he would have less time with more vulnerable people but when he realised what I was doing he became very abusive.

This phone number is listed on Google as a Thai restaurant but seems to be the new phone number for Complete Mathematics. I had to block them previously as they would not stop SPAM calling and now they have a new phone number. This is a reputable company who is allowing their image to be tarnished by these constant calling practices. SPAM

Silent call and hang up
The call was made to my landline, Telling me that there had been two payments made on my account £300 to Amazon and one other, which wasn't true cos I immediately checked with my phone Bank app and didn't listen to rest of call I just hung up.
They called at 8am claiming to be from BT Openreach which seemed suprising at that time of day. I hung up.
Tried to find a contact in our company for investment Solutions :(
They claimed to be BT but never gave a caller name and had identified potential security issues with my BT Internet. Sent me a code number to "prove" they were genuine but it didn't feel right and when I said I thought they were scammers, caller became a bit aggressive.
