SCAM Asked was I ....but said the wrong name and wrong landline number. Said he was from the call blocking dept. When I asked which provider? He rang off. If your going to try and scam someone, at least get the number your calling correct...dozy tw_t.

This phone number belong to Russian Girl who is a Fraud and She is currently being hunted by police due to Substance smuggling, Women Trafficking. She is often getting close to people to get their attention and easy money. After that she will disappear without trace. Called me in Portugal saying I had shown interest in their Swiss finance company. I asked where they got my number they said I had given it to them. I said I had not and they got cross with me saying where did they get the number from then?

Sounds like lady is calling from a calling centre ..but not in UK Lady with an Asian voice who did not know my name She says she was calling from Amazon . Amazon have never rang me ..if so they would know my name . So I put the phone down . Didn't trust ..possible scam

Automated call Rang to say i had a lottery win unclaimed for up to £500,000 and to press 1 to contact an advisor so put phone down. Just thought to put this on here to help others as looks/sounds dodgy.

This was a pre-recorded message telling me that my account ( no mention of account details ) had two payments being attempted. Nothing to do with me, so I suggest you flag this as probable scam attempt!

Female asked politely how I was then what handset I had. Said I do not want contact and told her she is breach of Telephone Preference and Information Commissioner. She hung up. I expect many more fraudulent calls now!

I am in Greece and have a Greek mobile. I had a missed call from this number. As we have UK-based clients I called the number back and the bakery had no idea what I was talking about! I have come across this before with UK numbers, can a third party somehow hijack a landline number?

SCAM. Said they from BT and that my broadband was not working. I know it was as I was online and told them, also mentioned that I thought the call was some sort of scam. Got told that my mindset needed sorting. Redialled the number and it’s not in service.
