An Irish man spoke on the phone saying he was from O2. Offered mobile tariff and wanted bank details. Hung up and blocked the number.
A lady with a very strong (Chinese?) accent asked me to take part in a poll stressing that the calls will be recorded. She had my correct address details and was asking questions such as "do you have any following type of loans" or any "following type of investments" or if I was interested in taking on a life insurance or a funeral insurance plan and some general question of demographics. She didn t ask what bank I was with or my level of income, or any other things I would have considered dodgy. In the
