I answered the call & after a few hello's (as no-one was answering me) a foreign man was going on about the government scheme to Wright off over half of my debt. After politely telling him a few times that I wasn't interested (him still prattling on) telling me how much a month I would pay to be debt free in under a year, I said I dont think so & his reply was "oh f**k off"! This is a bogus caller, not Vodafone. When u call them back they do not answer Vodafone and the operator was stupid enough not to put me on mute, carrying on the conversation with another person asking them what to do if someone called them. He was very agitated and could not give his identifier number or base ID when challenged.
