Told them not interested in giving out my CC over the phone to inbound calls. Asked to send me email from the hellofresh.com domain, got instead one from their help desk utility, hellofresh1.zendesk.com Still looking for more info.

Not sure what the statute on time for claims is but doubt it goes back that far.
