Sent me a weird message asking for information, under the disguise of a being an old friend. I checked this website, this number was located in Russia (despite being a UK number). Very odd.
Someone somewhere was or is being scammed by some fake investment groups and it is sad, this experience is harder than many people think. I was in that situation a few weeks ago, this fake website contacted me through my business email and we chatted and spoke on the phone numerous times until i was deceived to invest in their company. He called me on 26/02/2023 from 17.00 on wards every 20 minutes or so till 20.00 hours i disconnected the. then around 15.00 hours he started calling again silent all the time this went on for 10 calls the i did not pick so blocked my land line by leaving phone off hook.
