I told him i was with BGas but he said I wasnt, I told him to do one !!! and hung up. He then phoned the business 5 times and I told him I wasnt with Eon but was on the phone to them making a complaint and he hung up. He wanted to know why I had hung up on him 5 times.

"Ronald" from "Debt Solutions". Tried to sweet-talk me by telling me I had a lovely voice. Told him we had no debts whatsoever, and he actually apologized before he hung up. Annoying, but far from the worst I've had. I've blocked the number.
Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 17529375xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident chasers, insurance marketing and PPI. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
