SCAM / SPAM This was an automated message stating that I had an outstanding tax case against me and I should press 1 now to be put through to an advisor. If I didn't press 1, then the case would be forwarded to the authorities and I would be arrested shortly. I did nothing and the call just died, and so far have not been arrested. This is a very dangerous scam that is threatening and could scare some vulnerable people, into doing something.

Just called, 13:15pm 26th March 2021 01484234296 automative voice, long pause before talking. Said I was involved in a car tax scam and I should call by pressing whichever number I forget now. If I didn't get in touch I would be arrested immediately. I believe it's a scam a HMS tax as they state they are would not call using an auto voice caller . we'll see!

This number (07379 253353) is printer on stickers that have been stuck on people?s front doors without consent. When you attempt to peel the sticker off, it damages the paintwork. A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam.
