Very official sounding assets and collections they where investigating me for fraud, I declined to give any details about myself, advised I would receive a letter, I rung the number back and enquired who they where and who they where collecting on behalf of, not so aggressive when you ring them! Rather nasty scare tactics, I have reported it to debt collection charities.

I missed 4 calls from this number so guessed would be a Nuisance Call. Purportedly is the NHS Health Centre. They ask have u been vaccinated, are u well etc etc and then they ask one final question Are You Covered For Lufe Insurance. I already had this pegged as a nuisance number but wanted to know Real Reason for call. I know that is fake as the line cut off so I got straight on to Virgin and they said everything is okay with your account
Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! Automated call - Didn't answer, then got a 5s voicemail of a Liverpool accent (phone had auto-identified dialling code as Liverpool) saying "ah right, OK, well we'll take you off our list then". I suspect this was an automated response after my voicemail "answered" to say not available, leave your message etc. and voicemail recorded tail end of the response. Crafty.
