This is the new scam. If you have number recognition these devious energy companies are now using local dialling codes to make you think it is a local call. I believe this number is a scam, here is the text I received: PayPal: A new device just signed into your account, if this was not you please follow our secure link and unlock your account now: https://pp-unblock.com/ Instead of opening the link on my phone I tried to open it on my computer first, my browser blocked it of threat of installing dangerous software. This message was sent during the Christmas period making it very suspicious for it's normally the time scams try to take advantage of people.
