He demanded I install team viewer quick support app on my iPad to takeover my iPad remotely to resolve the issue. Offers better deals. and need my details, and my contract details and when I asked why he's not taking data from the screen he admitted that my details are not there and he is calling with a completely different company. They called claiming to be Microsoft who had detected problems on my computer. I asked them for the 6 digit problem code which the operator didn't understand so I asked her to read out the error message. When she refused I decided it was a scam and hung up.
To all those trying to trace there package from Aliexpress by ringing this number they display on there tracking, please do not. The best way to resolve your problem is to just wait, most packages arrive they are never just kept at a Royal mail office. If your package does not arrive in the time frame set out by Aliexpress, this can be seen on there site in your orders, this is time to open dispute upload image of tracking get full refund.
