This company was originally using a landline number. They are now calling people from a bogus mobile number which shows up as 07463 804966. They are not legitimate and seeking additional info about you. When you call the mobile number back a recording says that the number is not recognised. Hang up or block them, but do not confirm your name or address as they ask you to do.

Believe that this is Sky - we cancelled our subscription 3 months ago and they ve pestered me from this number relentlessly ever since, trying to tempt us back. No chance. I had a call just now from this number it rang once and they hung up I am so pleased I read this tread before calling them back! I hope these scumbags get caught out! I have blocked this number from my phone so hopefully no more nuisance calls!

SCAM / SPAM I have had this call on two different numbers over the past couple of days saying he is Matthew calling back about the government loft insulation scheme. When you say you don't have a loft, the call just hangs up.
Contacted on WhatsApp. Pretending to be my child with a new phone number due to dropping theirs in the sink. Asked if I could help pay some invoices. When asked to call my home number, stated can not do that at the moment. So total scam.

SCAM Called saying she was wondering if I had been involved in a no fault accident. I asked if she was telling me or asking me. And if she was calling from Liverpool. The caller alleged he was calling from O2, asked me how much I top up per month and got very aggressive when I wouldn t tell him and asked why he was calling. If this really is an O2 number, their level of professionalism is shocking.
