Silent call, guess I was too slow to answer and they got some other poor person
Rang on a number of occasions now despite being ex-d & registered with TPS. Claim to offer consumer discounts on retail goods & services. Complete nonsense. Very persistent in trying to obtain bank a/c details for a £1 payment towards a trial payment. ITS A SCAM - DO NOT DIVULGE ANY DETAILS.
This number called, when I answered no one said anything, so decided to cut them off. I have had numerous scam type calls and I can now block their number.
I have been getting calls and text messages from this company they have also left me voice mails demanding I phone them . When I looked online it says they are from a catalog . I have never had a catalogue. And it can t be from tv license because I live with my mum and she pays all the tv license bill . I do not need one as I m living with my mother I don t have a property of my own. And it can t be from eBay either like other people have said on here because I don t use eBay either. Have repeatedly been called from this and other 079099125-- numbers and when I try to ring back a recorded voice always says that this persons phone is switched off so most likely a scam of some sort. Blocked, again!!

SCAM / SPAM This was an automated message stating that I had an outstanding tax case against me and I should press 1 now to be put through to an advisor. If I didn't press 1, then the case would be forwarded to the authorities and I would be arrested shortly. I did nothing and the call just died, and so far have not been arrested. This is a very dangerous scam that is threatening and could scare some vulnerable people, into doing something.

Generally when there s a long pause before they answer, it s safe to say it s a call centre that I m going to have zero interest in talking to. Whistle loudly down the phone. They don t tend to call back again. ;)
