This number would appear to be à Plymouth number. However it is a recorded English voice about payments I have tried to make to Amazon and an International Money transfer.it is clearly a highly dangerous scam and similar to a call I had the other day from a different number with an American style voice. Said I was in a drawer for a prize but in the meantime said I'd be entered into the national lottery. Great but when it asked me for my bank details I knew it was a scam. BEWARE

Spam caller claiming to be from Vodafone (my mobile contract isn't with Vodafone), wanting my bank details so they could apply a discount to my contract. Very persistent - when I told them I didn't know my postcode they called back the following night. Even provided me with a (mobile!) number I could call to check that they really were Vodafone.
