Spam phone call, busy call centre type background. Ring constantly and ask for Violetta in regards to her online trading account. Told them that is not my name and to please remove my number and got shouted at down the phone that they "don't care what your name is I will keep ringing more often".

These people will generally want remote access to your computer to "fix a virus" or something like that.
