Cold call, I've had one everyday for the past 14 days from an 0203 XXX number changes everyday. I always block. On the once someone spoke is was about investments.

Fraud - caller claimed to be from Amazon Prime account. Asked to press 1 to speak to someone.

SPAM - apparantly from a government department about NHI contributions.
Rang saying they were from Orange and became very agressive when I said I didn t want to upgrade. Kept pushing so far I had to finally hang up.
