very aggressive and rude when person they wanted to speak to unavailable. Said they had spoken to him before (untrue). Young adult at home at the time answered phone and was asked for detailed information about person they wanted to speak to. Fortunately another adult nearby took over call. Upsetting and intrusive.

SCAM just had a call today pretending to be sky they are not sky because I just rang sky and they have not rang up today to ask about internet speeds or refunds because of the sky broadband being slow, if you have anyone calling you asking to download certain things and that can veiw your phone then my advice is don’t do it unless you know what your doing is safe and genuine they will ask you to check your bank and tell you your not aloud to close down the veiwer client I suspect that’s like phishing

Automated/Silent call. One of a series of calls from mobile numbers starting 077 in the space of a few days. Answered first call, where automated voice said, Your Amazon Prime membership has just been renewed at a cost of £79.99. If you want to cancel this payment, press 1. I'd cancelled my Amazon Prime membership ages ago! After the first call, screened next few calls to answer machine where no message was left, just silence. Call from number 02037751236 around 11.30 on 12 Feb 2021. Rang off as soon as I answered. Exactly the same experience with a similar number (02037751266) earlier in the week.
Claimed was from Carphone warehouse, wasted 30 mins of their time let them know i knew it was a scam and they got extremely abusive.

SCAM Automated message from 'Energy Hub' offering loft insulation inspections with free fitting. Said something about old insulation causing lung damage. Obviously a recording as when I asked a question the same words were repeated exactly. They eventually hung up. I would say that this is a scam.
