Car Accident Insurance Scam. "I ve hear you ve been in an accident that wasn t your fault"

Another caller i've no idea who or what it is but glad I missed the call!

rang 1471 and found this number. I often get a call from them but when I answer there is no one at the other end.

NUmber appears to be from a company alled DeVere's. A financial services company who offer finnancial services such as wealth planning, tax optimisation schemes, moving final salary pensions to tax shelters abroad, etc. I have had no personal dealings with the company and cannot comment on their service. I was cold called. I assume they saw that I was a former employee of a blue chip company and they offered to move my final salary pension abroad. They could be perfectly legitimate, I cannot say.

have had 3 missed calls from this number today,no message left on voicemail so they must be trying to sell me something i don t need,but after reading comments that have been left for this number i certainly wont be answering any calls now.

Don't know who they are, they have rung three times in last two days, I answered, nobody spoke at their end.

"My name is Julie Smith and I ve heard you ve been involved in a car accident" Forget how many times I ve heard this from different numbers.

people who got there money back well done, im not arsed now its gone but will fight till they get caught. ive no trust in the police or anyone. everyone on here who wants to get them sent down i dont think your trying hard enough cos nobody ever replies on here, i will take matter in my own hands

I receive calls from this number on my mobile, home phone and work phone, they purport to be from Lloyds Bank, they ask for your date of birth and postcode, I ask them who they are, and what it is about, they say it is a personnel banking matter, I ask them to tell me more in general terms, they tell me to contact my bank, i tell them I have, I then ask them to stop calling me and remove me from their data base and to write instead . Similar threatening conversation as above. Claimed to be HMRC, asked for DOB & NI number. When asked for confirmation in writing he threatened police action!

Another call from this number which I did not answer, number of search requests is building up. They want YOUR money to invest in a failsafe scheme. Tell them to ask their Mom for a loan.
