Scam: recorded message claiming someone was purchasing products using my account but did not say which account or which company they were calling from. Call appears to originate from Russia when checking the number from this site.

Was called by this company re a minor RTA I had a few months ago and was told there was a pot of money waiting for me if I proceeded with a personal injury claim. I told him it had all been dealt with and I was satisfied but he did not want to take no for an answer and persisted in telling me I would be foolish not to make a claim. I m ashamed to say that I worked for Ben Reynolds for a short time back in 2012 when his company was called Crown Lawyers. Same story as these, he d get us to find people with debts, take a fee from them and then cut off all contact with them. Supposedly we d get a commission for every job taken on, but he d tell us that the person had decided not to go ahead with recovering their debt and so we got nothing. We then found out that they had agreed to pursue the debt and Ben just wanted to avoid paying us

I get several calls a week from this company which I ignore. As it seems they have first names they must be getting this information from phone companies selling lists on. Only my friends, family and phone company know my number AND name.

It's a 'clever' automated call, very sneaky and creepy about a "local energy adviser in my area" - not at all human with a bunch of questions and responses that are easy to spot if you know how. Older people will def be taken in - horrible development of technology!
