Someone called Robbie called from Fulcio. Wanted to speak to our sales or marketing. When I advised him we didn t have either and I politely said goodbye and hung up. Darn cheek called back to say I was rude!!!
They did the same to my mother. £198.99 again. I will check with the bank tomorrow first thing as the Eazipay letter says they will take the money today (only just got the letter) I cant believe this isn't stopped by Ofcom or whoever is supposed to protect our elderly relatives..

An electronic message informed me that my IP address had been compromised by 2 different countries. As a consequence my broadband cut off and reset. I was invited to press keypad no 2 and speak to a technician. I hung up. This is the 3rd call I have received like this. The first call identified itself a BT but the last one gave a woman's name. My provider is virgin.

Apparently I would be transferred over to a qualified adviser only to find out I was not speaking to a qualified adviser and would later be passed over again just so this so called adviser would check I was happy. The idiot could not pronounce half the medical conditions. No help or advice given and not one person could answer any of my questions. WASTE OF TIME!!!
