i have had a call from this number and when I answer they put the phone down. There was also a call from another mobile number shortly afterwards doing the same thing putting the phone down when I answered from 07760 754834 both calls seem to have come from the Manchester area.

Automated call from 01189668073 on my virtually unused landline threatening to cut off my internet service in 24 hours due to illegal activity.
