They phoned when answered they hung up.
Thankfully I had misread the number and wondered if it was another scam call so I waited for the other to speak first. There was no response and the call was ended. After checking online (on other sites), I have now blocked this number.

Allegedly it was BT. I Picked up the phone, it was an automated message saying that I'd missed a call from BT!! And that I needed to press a button otherwise I'll be disconnected because there'd been suspicious activity at this IP address!! I hung up

Automated voice says this is a bank alert, there have been two charges on your card , it then gives the details of the ‘transactions’ one supposedly for £200+ on Amazon, the other a bank transfer for over £1000. I rang this number back withholding my number and they identified themselves as speedy cash.
Tried to upgrade my phone, but took my account details and card number, address etc. I am quite worried now that they have too many details and will use them. No sign of upgrade through my usual EE account!
Silent call from this number then disconnected, called number back answered immediately by rude woman who adamantly denied making call and said she hadn't used her phone. Suspect may be screening for people to scam hence silent call and I obviously don't sound elderly enough so hung up

I m pretty sure this is nt a scam or anything nefarious. I ve received several SMS messages from this number confirming bookings I ve made with holidaylettings.co.uk. If you ve received a message from this no. then I suggest it s just the property owner trying to contact you and nothing malicious.
Insurance, I have current vitality life insurance, thay saying they are from vitality but were asking how much I am paying for insurance.... Thay wanted to get better deal to save money or increase cover amount. Something not right. Hang up on them
