Text Message - sent a random number (looked like the first half of a mobile number)
Steve is correct, it is Bauer Media. If you ve entered your number online somewhere for a free magazine (I d asked for Marie Claire / Instyle) then they re calling for your address. Theyll also offer you 3 issues for £1.00. Spoke to a lovely lady and she asked if I wanted future calls for offers and so I said no. It s all legit. However, they need to work on their employees... I had another call minutes later from a guy there who was on the phone to someone else!!

Fraud I did not pick up just listening the voicemail. There was a robot voice who told calling fron HMRC about my tax and if I not calling back they going to send the police. Sooo now, I'm waiting for the police to knock on the door.
Claiming to be from Amazon saying that I will be charged £79.99 for Prime, unless I press etc, etc... Definitely a scam because the real Amazon don't have my landline number.

Said they were conducting reviews on UK pensions and that my pension was due for review. Seems strange as I have no pension nor is one then up for review. Called at 5:15pm 6.7.23. Calling about solar panels being installed in your area and are you the owner of the house. I didn't go any further, just said 'Goodbye' and put the 'phone down. I am pretty sure that had I held on they would have wanted to arrange to come and see property about installing solar panels. I class this as 'dangerous' especially if they get through to vulnerable persons.

Fraud. Claimed to be from the "Royal Court of Justice" telling me they were on the final step before my arrest. If it's not you press 1. No doubt the way to get the arrest warrant cancelled would have been to buy gift cards from my nearest Asda.
