How this has been given a safe rating is beyond me!! Claim they are from O2 and send a code and then ask for it. They will then proceed to send you a phone by mistake and ring you back in a panic and say they sent it to you by mistake and can you send it back to them. Just hang up!!

The caller was talking bad english.
James claimed he was from BT (i may have misheard this) and that my Router had been infected. He wanted my password so he could get into my system and correct the fault. I asked for his number and said i would call back. He said his extension was 601570
Had 14 calls from Birmingham numbers in two days including this one, do not answer but have blocked all numbers, think they are something to do with Bitcoins!
