Email replied immediately saying wanted to do PayPal transaction in full no questions asked. I emailed back not interested in a scam. Reporting to PayPal. Just after receiving 01225 809616 (no response, no speech), which I picked up because it was a local number to us. This number called - listed as International 0037283087478. I let the call go to answer machine where it shut off after 3 secs. So, was the 1st number a spoof call to capture numbers of people who picked up? Which the 2nd number then used?

Sick of these scam calls! At least 5 a day from "HMRC" or "Bank" or "Royal Mail". DO NOT give your details. Say you will look at your acc online - without phone "help". I checked my bank online, no probs at all.
